Starting from nothing meant learning through experience, not theory. Every step required discipline, persistence, and the willingness to take action even when the outcome was uncertain. There were no shortcuts, only real work and real lessons that shaped the foundation of everything built today.
MY STORY
From Immigrant Empire Builder.
When I arrived in the U.S. from Vietnam, I couldn't speak English. I didn't know anyone. I had no money and no roadmap.
What I did have was hunger. Hunger to grow, to survive, to prove to myself—and others—that I could create something from nothing.
In 2010, I discovered real estate. That first flip taught me more than a book ever could. But buying, fixing, and flipping one house at a time was too slow. I needed something scalable.
As a real estate investor, I quickly realized the power of building systems instead of chasing single transactions. This mindset shift allowed me to grow beyond basic deals into something much larger and more sustainable.
