When I arrived in the U.S. from Vietnam, I couldn't speak English. I didn't know anyone. I had no money and no roadmap.

What I did have was hunger. Hunger to grow, to survive, to prove to myself—and others—that I could create something from nothing.

In 2010, I discovered real estate. That first flip taught me more than a book ever could. But buying, fixing, and flipping one house at a time was too slow. I needed something scalable.
